Terms & Conditions — k499 Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k499 ("k499", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the k499 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at k499.app and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or placing any form of bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the Platform including but not limited to: sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, and others), live casino games, slot machine games, crash-style games including Dragon Hatch, multi-bet accumulator products, account management, deposit and withdrawal services, customer support interactions, and promotional campaigns.

Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the k499 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's k499 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event market or casino game outcome through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's account that are subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the k499 website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services operated by k499.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the time zone used for all Platform operations, settlement times, and support hours.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use k499, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual user for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with k499 or any other gambling platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of k499, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account with k499 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are using your own financial accounts and payment methods — you are strictly prohibited from funding your k499 account using payment methods belonging to another person.

Age Verification

k499 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include national identity cards (NID), passports, and birth certificates issued by relevant Bangladeshi authorities. Until age verification is completed to k499's satisfaction, withdrawals may be suspended and betting activity may be restricted. Any Player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account closed immediately, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment method.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of k499 services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active k499 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. k499 uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, IP address tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be immediately suspended, all associated bonus funds will be forfeited, and k499 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a full investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k499 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step OTP verification codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. k499 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact k499 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

k499 reserves the right to require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This process may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume accounts

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have their accounts suspended at k499's discretion.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the k499 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k499 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via mobile wallet services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Standard processing fees may apply to card transactions via Visa and Mastercard — these will be clearly displayed prior to transaction confirmation.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly upon successful mobile wallet confirmation.
• Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are processed within 15 minutes subject to card issuer approval.
• k499 does not accept deposits from payment sources registered to third parties. You must use payment methods registered in your own name only.
• k499 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including at the request of Players exercising responsible gaming controls.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's own processing times.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within the same business day when requested before 20:00 BST.
• Withdrawal requests submitted after 20:00 BST will be processed on the next business day.
• Withdrawals will only be released to a Player whose account has passed the required KYC verification checks.
• k499 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms, including suspected fraud, money laundering, or duplicate account activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

k499 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, which will be published on the promotions page at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon reaching the stated deadline.
• k499 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively meeting wagering requirements will not be disadvantaged mid-completion.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as stipulated in specific promotion terms.
• k499 reserves the right to refuse bonus eligibility to any Player who k499 reasonably suspects is abusing the bonus system, including through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or use of betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers with minimal risk.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the k499 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game type, or market. General rules applicable across all betting and gaming products are set out below.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits applicable to each market, which may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of k499 and may be suspended at any time. In-play odds are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled according to k499's event-specific rules. In most cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance in BDT.
• Multi-bet accumulators (available via the k499 Multi Bet product) require all individual selections to win for the accumulator to return a payout. A void leg in an accumulator will result in that leg being treated as a single at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs continuing.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are not influenced by previous game rounds, stake sizes, or any external factors.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions.
• Technical malfunctions in any game will void all bets placed during the affected period and stakes will be returned to Players.
• k499 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or under system malfunction conditions. Players will be notified of any such voiding and stakes will be returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k499 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance and bonus funds pending investigation:

• Registering more than one k499 account under any identity or combination of identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your k499 account without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using the k499 Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tool to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with games in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of a game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of any k499 software or game engine.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k499 staff or other players through the customer support channels.
• Systematically exploiting bonus promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, or other strategies designed to extract value without genuine recreational play intent.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their k499 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a concern may request self-exclusion through k499's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent account closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully frozen and cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires — not even at the Player's own request. k499 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and enforces them without exception. Suspension by k499

k499 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspected criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate account activity.
• Abuse of bonus promotions in violation of promotion terms.
• Chargebacks initiated against k499 through a payment provider.

Where k499 closes an account due to confirmed fraudulent activity or breach of Terms, k499 reserves the right to withhold the outstanding balance pending the resolution of the investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k499 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or Platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Losses resulting from a Player acting on information contained on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card processors.
• Any decisions made by a Player in relation to their betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

k499's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their k499 account in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments to These Terms

k499 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to the Terms, k499 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Players via on-Platform notification or email. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. Players who do not agree with any updated Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and k499 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
